Reiki is a combination of two Japanese words, rei and ki meaning universal life energy.
Reiki is an ancient healing technique that uses the life force energy to heal, balancing the subtle energies in our bodies (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual). The therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
My personal Reiki practice is what enabled and continues to empower my personal development, especially in writing and publishing my work.
